Oval Pendant with Pear Shaped Diamond

This is a handmade oval pendant that I like to think of as a shield, or a touch stone. It is cut out of 22k gold I melted in my studio, hand-hammered, and adorned with a .40 carat pear-shaped rose cut diamond.
